Merriewold Kirin and Merriewold Legacy are in training with Alejandro Salazar.
Recently he took them on their first outing to school at a show.  Here is what Alejandro said about the adventure:

  “They did great! We had them down there from Tuesday to Sunday and rode them all over the show grounds every day.  Kirin was very quiet and we started jumping her over small fences.  She really seems to enjoy jumping, seems happy going in a little more open frame with a softer contact, and she is very cute over fences in her jumping form.  She is coming along really nice on her dressage work as well and progressing nicely in her training.  Legacy was also really good at the show.  Being younger and with a lot less time under saddle, he was a little more nervous at first but settled great and felt like a show horse by the end of the week.  This was a Halloween show so there are LOTS of big and scary decorations everywhere and they both handled them great.”
