Only two months and counting!
We have two mares in foal, Pocket, aka Canequin Reach For the Stars and Daisy, a throughbred surrogate for Pocket. Both are in foal to the stallion, Dragonfire Kirin.
This will be a “Q” naming year for Merriewold, some names we have thought of are:
Quasar (In the pedigree)
Quincy
Quentin
Quinn
Queen, Queen Bee, Queenie
Quintessence
Querida
Quintessa

Carleen, Dave and Sydney Shute came by for a visit and to see our horses. They watched Merriewold Latte go through her paces and then we went out and had some quality time with Dina (Ondine) and Latte in their pasture. Click on photos for a larger image. A fun time was had by all…especially Dina and Latte!
