Merriwold Morgan 2011 Photo Contest Now Closed

On September first, the 2nd annual Merriewold Morgans Photo Contest was officially closed.  We received 49 amazing photos and the Judges will have their work cut out for them!  During the month of September the judges will select the 3 winners.  These contestants will then be notified and receive their prizes.  The public announcement will come in the MWM Fall news letter during the month of October.

Merriewold is delighted to announce that two of our horses won awards in 2010
and Merriewold Morgans was surprised with an award as well.

Progress at our new “Ranchita”

We have been busy at our new Horse ranch! 
Phase I, the equestrian buildings, is nearly finished. 
Phase II, the two homes, landscaping and site work is well underway.

    

The first photo shows the front of the stable with the stone work and stucco. 
The second photo is taken from the west side of the hay barn
showing the grooms residence and the large doors to the equipment area. 
The hay storage area is on the east side.
