Ubaldo Arreola has been with Merriewold for about one year and we really don’t know what we would do without him. He has become a wonderful groom and horse handler. He has a kind and calm way with the horses and he is always ready to help out with whatever chores need to be done to keep the ranch running! Thanks Ubaldo!
The girls are also starting some round pen training. Basic voice commands such as, Halt, Walk, Trot are being learned. And we will be learning about each individual as well.

Our new mare Caduceus Marika is having a foal via surrogate, Coco. This is an important foal for us so we wanted to make sure everything was still going well. And yes, we have a foal! The foal’s sire is the well known, Dragonfire Kirin, a Multi-World Champion in Hunter and Dressage divisions.
